Ready to ship and in-stock items are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.We also offer free alterations on all outfits to ensure the perfect fit.

Please note: we do not offer refunds on any items.

Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items

Pre-order pieces take up to 10 days to be handmade, plus postage. These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as each one is created specifically for you.

Please ensure you are fully confident with your order before checking out, as production begins immediately.

If you require your item sooner than 10 days, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

When ordering, please select your general size and include your bust, waist, hip, and height measurements at checkout to ensure the perfect fit.

If measurements are not provided, your item will be made according to our standard size guide, and the above policy will still apply.
