What is the turnaround time for your items?
We have 2 types of product on our website, In Stock and Pre Order. In stock items are ready to be shipped out / collected the same day if ordered before 3pm. Our in stock section is updated regularly. Pre Order items will take up to 14 days to be handmade to measure, plus delivery time.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes you can mix and match our fabrics and designs to create your own look or work with us to create a new design. Please send us a DM on Instagram to request a custom order.

Can I collect my order incase it doesn't arrive on time? Yes, you can collect your outfit from our Liverpool based studio by choosing this option at checkout. Please DM us on instagram or email hello@byesmerose.com to book your collection slot once you have ordered.

What are your opening hours?
Opening vary each week and are saved to our highlights on Instagram each Sunday evening.

Do I have to pay for Customs Charges if ordering outside of the UK?
Unfortunately International taxes and custom charges are out of our control and are not the responsibility of By Esme Rose. For International customers the price of the items & delivery does not include customs & import duties as these charges vary from country to country. Please be aware that you might be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the items from your courier. If you would like more information we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end. If you refuse to pay custom charges please note that any fees charged to us will be deducted from your order.
