If you purchase a ready to ship / in stock item it can be exchanged within 7 day of purchasing. We also offer free alterations on ALL of our outfits to ensure you have the perfect fit and therefore there are no refunds.

Pre order items are non-refundable or exchangeable as they are custom made specifically for you. Please ensure you are 100% confident with your order before placing it as it will be processed straight away. Bust, waist, hip measurements and height must be entered at checkout. If they are not, your item will be made to our standard size guide and the above policy will still apply.

If you do not feel confident to measure yourself at home please pop into our Liverpool based studio to be measured!
