Returns/Exchanges?

If you purchase a ready to ship / in stock item it can be exchanged within 7 day of purchasing. We also offer free alterations on ALL of our outfits to ensure you have the perfect fit and therefore there are no refunds.

Pre order items are non-refundable or exchangeable as they are custom made specifically for you. Please ensure you are 100% confident with your order before placing it as it will be processed straight away. Bust, waist, hip and height measurements must be entered at checkout. If they are not, your item will be made to our standard size guide and the above policy will still apply.

If you do not feel confident to measure yourself at home please pop into our Liverpool based studio to be measured by a member of the Esme team (opening times can be found on our highlights on Instagram).

UK Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour (Next Working Day) - £3.99

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day before 1pm) - £8.50

Pick up from our Studio based in; Oh Darlin, 39 Dunes Way, L5 9RJ - FREE

Orders placed before 3pm will be posted out the same day. Any orders place on a Saturday or Sunday will be posted the following Monday.

International Custom Charges: 
Please note certain countries outside of the UK may charge you a small customs fee upon your parcel arriving (this is dependant on the country you live in and due to Brexit). Customers will be responsible for paying this fee themselves if applicable.
